Revive Media came to life in December 1999. Internet entrepreneurs Eric Perelshtein and Rob Loewen sought to create a company that would merge the capabilities of the Internet with traditional off-line media. In a matter of months, a deal was struck with William Multi-Tech, a publicly traded company that had moved into the Internet space. Before anyone had heard of "Reality Programming", Revive Media had created an Internet based network of shows known as "The Groove Network". Things change. Soon after the Groove Network demo was completed, through a partnership with Toronto's Snap Media, the market for advertising based Internet models collapsed. The revolutionary work Revive Media was engaged in did not make it to air. New directions were sought.

For several years, Revive Media provided Internet consulting and design services. Working with clients in the United States and Canada, Revive Media created exciting web sites for the gaming industry, recreational vehicles industry and corporate web sites.
